Tanzanian Peaberry Coffee
A coffee bean is the seed of the coffee plant. Each coffee fruit, which looks like a cherry, normally produces two beans. Some plants, though, because of soil conditions, will have only one dense, rounded bean form. This type of bean is called a peaberry. Peaberries roast differently than traditional beans, and have a complex flavor. Tanzanian peaberries are acidic with tastes of cedar and citrus. Dark Roast.
